About Tracy
Born in Cardiff, Wales, and deeply connected to my Barbadian roots, I’ve always believed that perspective is one of our greatest teachers. My career and travels — including nearly a year working on assignment in Prague, a city that continues to inspire me — have shaped how I view success, leadership, and fulfillment.
After more than three decades in corporate America, I founded TSCG Way to help business professionals pursue success in a more intentional and fulfilling way. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Life Coach, I’ve led teams across complex business environments, mentored emerging leaders, and supported professionals navigating career growth, leadership challenges, and major life transitions.
Today, I call Tennessee home, where I blend my global experiences with my passion for mentorship and growth. For nearly a decade, I’ve mentored business students through a leadership program at my alma mater — an experience that continually reinforces my belief that growth happens through genuine connection, thoughtful reflection, and expanded perspective.
